Description

ERP projects are a headache for manufacturers. However, spiraling budgets and deadlines, burnout, and disappointing results are not inevitable. This session will provide an opportunity to identify the keys to success for ERP projects in small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and mid-market companies, based on the experiences of an SMB and an integrator who have successfully completed a project.
