Description
When an innovation finds its market, it needs to be scaled up, whether you are an industrial start-up or an innovative SME.
And if that market really takes off, you open a new factory, but this involves adding a building construction project – which can sometimes be complex – to a project that is already complex, with the associated timelines and potential delays. Added to this is the issue of ‘zero net land take’, which means that building plots will become increasingly scarce.
What if the best solution lay in taking over a former site – or even, if you have the capacity to do so, an established and still-operational business with a business flow in need of revitalisation?
