Design, which in France is too often reduced to its aesthetic dimension or UX, is the science of interdisciplinarity in the service of user needs. It is a powerful tool that can transform a scientific discovery into a commercial or social innovation, as demonstrated by a study based on 16 case studies conducted by the APCI. This conference will highlight its fundamental role.
