The most vulnerable, especially senior citizens, are prime targets for boomer traps. Even emojis can carry coded political messages. But this landscape is not entirely bleak: solutions are emerging for a more responsible and ethical Tech, capable of strengthening democratic processes. This conference explores these tensions between manipulation and progress, to better understand the risks and draw together a more enlightened digital future.
