On the occasion of Big, Sylvianne Villaudière, co-founder of CEM, and Laurence Monnoyer-Smith, director of sustainable development at CNES, invite you to an exclusive breakfast at the Accor Arena. This breakfast will also be an opportunity to present “Réussir sa Transformation durable” (Successful Sustainable Transformation): the new book co-written by Sylvianne Villaudière and Laurence Monnoyer-Smith. This book offers concrete answers for structuring sustainable business transformation, drawing on practical cases and feedback from professionals. From initial assessment to analysis of results, it deciphers the strategic levers for integrating more humane and robust practices that are aligned with market expectations, while reconciling economic performance with respect for planetary boundaries. Published in June 2025 by DUNOD, the book brings together several editorial contributions from business leaders and experts from specialized networks, including a preface by Jean-Dominique Senard, Chairman of Renault SA, and an afterword by Fabrice Bonnifet, Chairman of C3D-GenAct.
