This year, as part of the 11th edition of Big, under the theme of Truth, the Fund of Funds team invites you to a sequence dedicated to the alignment of interests and the sharing of value. Through the testimonies of fund managers, we will address the subject from two perspectives: > Between investors and management companies: GP commitment, industry benchmark, sustainability issues, > Within the management company: financing solutions, capital transmission, value sharing. During this session, a specialized lawyer will present a keynote on structuring GP led transactions.
