The focus of the Functional BU Protein, which I lead, is to developp and commercialise and industrialise innovative actives and ingredients proteins based obtained by fermentation of microalgae, such as Phycocyanin, a natural blue pigment, Protein rich superfoods for the H&N food Market, and as well as other protein based products for the Feed and Biostimulant global market.
