With the 2019 PACTE Act, the adoption of a raison d'être has become an option that allows a company to make explicit a commitment to the collective interest relating to its issues and stakeholders that goes beyond its economic activity. It has sparked great interest among large corporations, many of which have adopted one. But what is the feedback after 3 years of the PACTE law, and what performance leverage does it represent for VSEs and SMEs? How can you adopt a raison d'être?
