Description

France is currently lagging behind other industrialised OECD countries in terms of attracting and retaining foreign workers and talent. Various sectors are experiencing recruitment difficulties, whether structural or cyclical, such as in the post-Covid period. Sourcing outside the national territory therefore allows an advanced economy to supplement its national labour market, and is a source of growth and innovation.
