Why and how do I register for BIG?
Registering for Big will allow you to attend all the conferences, masterclasses and workshops, to network and to make business appointments. You will also have access to all the replays of the event. To register: https://big.bpifrance.fr/registration/register/
Is Big a physical or digital event?
Big is a hybrid event, you can attend all the conferences in person as well as the networking sessions. In addition, all the conferences are broadcasted on video on the big.bpifrance.fr website and will be available for replay from October 10th.

Can I come to Big in person?
The 2022 edition of BIG is a hybrid event, it is possible to come in person to the Accor Arena Paris and to follow the different areas live from your computer and/or your mobile.
How do I get to Big?
Big takes place at the Accor Arena Paris, 8 boulevard de Bercy 75012 Paris. The venue is accessible via metro lines 6 and 14 from Bercy station, as well as RER lines A and D, line 1, and line 14 from Gare de Lyon station.
Are all sessions accessible in person?
The Masterclass and Big Angels Day sessions are digital only, the Place des Rendez-vous sessions are hybrid. On site, please bring your computers, tablets or smartphones to be able to connect to these different sessions. The Echos, the Campuses, the BANG, the Bulles, the Ampli, and the Place des Rendez-vous are accessible in person.
I have registered for BIG in person but I have not received my badge?
Access badges will be sent by e-mail a few days before the event. If you have not received your badge, or if there is no printer available, hostesses will be present at the entrance of the Accor Arena to print it for you.

What are the recommended media to access the platform?
For optimal browsing, we recommend using a computer, and the Chrome browser. Some browsers may take longer to display the content. For networking videoconferences, this solution uses WebRTC technology. It is supported by all modern browsers on the market, including Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge. Make sure you keep these browsers up to date.
I can't remember my password?
There is a forgotten password procedure. A secret code will be sent to the email address you used to register, which will allow you to reset your account.
What time zone is the event based on?
The event starts at 9:00 am (CEST) - Thursday 6 October and is based on Central European Summer Time (CEST).
Program / Content of the event
Is there a translation for the videos?
A translation with subtitles in English and French is available on the replays a few hours after the conference. The language of the subtitle can be changed directly by clicking on the "settings" icon, then "subtitles".

The replay of the BANG is available in English.
How do I add a session to my personal agenda?
In the "Program" tab, you can find all the conferences. To the right of each thumbnail, there is a button "I add to my agenda". The session is automatically added to your personal agenda.
How do I find the sessions in my personal agenda?
In your personal space, accessible at the top right of the screen via a "my account" button, you can find your personal agenda.
I no longer wish to attend a conference.
In your personal space, accessible on the top right of the screen, you can find your personal agenda and delete the sessions that no longer interest you.
I missed the session I wanted to attend, what can I do?
The replay will be available on the website the day after the event.
Do I have to add the session I am interested in to my agenda in order to attend it in person?
Yes, it is preferable to add the session to your agenda, because of the sanitary context of the conference areas. For attendance in physics, we advise you to go to the front of the room 10 minutes before the start of the session in order to secure a place.
The BANG stage, Bulles, the Ampli and the Tribu platform are freely accessible.
My conference is full, what can I do?
All conferences are accessible digitally, you just need to connect to the session to follow it live from your computer or mobile. You can also find similar conferences by creating a personalised programme
How can I find conferences that interest me?
The 2022 edition of Big allows you to create your own personalised programme from the different conference themes proposed.
Networking
How do I network on Big?
There are several ways to network on Big
1. You can make video-conference appointments with the different companies present on the Meeting Place. To do this, you need to offer them a slot from among those available. If the slot suits your contact, the appointment will be validated. The Appointment Place appointments are both physical and digital. Appointments can only be made on the digital platform for both types of appointments.
2. You can network between participants via your private messaging system. To do this, make sure you 'activate networking' and fill in your interests in the 'my info' tab of your personal space.
Our algorithm will then be able to recommend suitable profiles to you. The private messaging system also allows you to propose a video conference discussion.
Make sure you activate your camera and microphone. If you are using a work computer, make sure that your company allows the computers connected to its network to support WebRTC technology. If this is not the case, you can either contact DSI or connect via your telephone (by sharing a connection).

Bpifrance Inno Génération is the largest business gathering in Europe. Big in 2022 is a rich programme: masterclasses, workshops, conferences and other business meetings will enliven this event.
