- On the basis of its legitimate interest in communicating about Bpifrance's offers for the following purposes: registration for Bpifrance events, contacting Bpifrance account managers, commercial prospecting
- On the basis of your free, specific, unequivocal and informed consent to allow our partners to contact you in the context of similar offers or events: disclosure of your contact details to our partners.
Within this context, Bpifrance will need to collect the following categories of personal data directly via the Lead Gen Forms: surname, first name, professional details (company name, email address).
This data is intended for Bpifrance and will also be shared with other Bpifrance subsidiaries, its service providers, as well as its partners.
Personal data is kept by Bpifrance for a period that does not exceed that necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, increased where applicable, by periods of French and European legal and regulatory requirements.

- The right to decide the fate of your post-mortem personal data.
