In an unstable context since March 2020 and the Covid_19 crisis, Europe's strategic autonomy is essential in our daily lives, particularly on the health side. Innovation, investment, reindustrialisation… So many tools that could enable Europe to anticipate, innovate, prevent and maintain its capacity for action and reaction. Around different actors, funds, institutions, entrepreneurs, the workshop will report on the current potentials and obstacles, to project itself on the future.
