Deeptech has changed the maths of venture. Rounds are larger, timelines longer, and the capital behind Europe's strongest scale-up stories is increasingly syndicated across borders  and across types of investors. Funds bring capital and pattern recognition; corporates bring markets, pilots and industrial validation. Yet international investors consistently describe Europe as hard to read: fragmented markets, unfamiliar regulation, no obvious entry point.

OpenEU is that entry point. In five days, participants move from dealflow to policy to partnership across three of Europe's key hubs and leave with a qualified pipeline, co-investment relationships and a working understanding of the environment their portfolio will operate in.
