Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise
Description
The VTE (Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise) is a scheme operated by Bpifrance to help French SMEs and ETIs to attract young university graduates and to encourage these young talents to join these companies in the territories by taking up the challenges of "responsible" missions labelled VTE.
The VTE Vert, set up by ADEME, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration and Bpifrance to support the hiring of young graduates and students in French companies to accompany their Energy and Ecological Transition.
The VTE TI (Territoires d'Industries), set up by the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, the Banque des Territoires and Bpifrance to support the hiring of young graduates and students in French industrial SMEs and ETIs.
Recruitment assistance and financial aid* are offered, including
- VTE Vert grant of up to €12,000 for an assignment with responsibility that concretely works towards the company's ecological and energy transition
- VTE Territoires d'Industrie grant of up to €4,000 for companies located in these territories (all sectors of activity)
