Ilias Karahalios was born in 1976 in Athens and studied Business Administration. Knowledge and education is part of his DNA, as he continuously follow the latest practices through educational programs on International Business and Food Management in Greece and abroad. He is a Founding Member, Vice President and CEO of RODOULA S.A. a company producing dough and sweet delicacies. Everything started in 1999 from a small workshop that very quickly seemed to be small to house dreams, ambitions and increased demand of the delicious products. Today Ilias and his team has achieved to grow RODOULA in to an International Brand with 3 factories, 350 employees and distribution all over the world. Also, since 2017 he is Managing Partner and Board Member at Daddys Bread Project PC, a bakery production company in Magoula.
