Jumbo Mana is a deeptech startup based in Strasbourg, France, specializing in conversational artificial intelligence (AI). Jumbo Mana is revolutionizing customer service with virtual characters (avatars) that enable real-time, natural vocal interactions with humans.
While public transportation, trade shows, hotels and touristic cities see a growth of their activities, there is a recurrent personnel shortage in customer reception. As a result, the customer service level cannot be maintained, and the customer experience is degraded.
That's the issue that we are tackling at Jumbo Mana. We provide interactive, voice-driven avatars that are available on kiosks or smartphones, and that reassure, guide, advise, and engage users.
Our avatars are powered by several generative IAs that allow multimodal interactions in real time and any language.
They allow efficient guiding and context-based recommendations:
