Skyld
Description
Artificial intelligence models achieve excellent results but cost up to several million dollars. Attackers can steal them through reverse-engineering, depriving companies of their competitive edge. We offer an innovative solution that protects AI deployment on local devices, such as smartphones, connected objects (cameras, drones, automotive...), desktop, web browsers or even on premise servers: wherever there is a reverse engineering risk.
We are an Inria spin off, accelerated by UC. Berkeley through their Skydeck program. Skyld was founded in July 2023 by Marie Paindavoine, PhD in cybersecurity. We raised a pre-seed round of 400K€. We are today a team of 6, both technical with PhDs in AI and cybersecurity, and commercial. Our chief revenue officer, Davide Ortona, has 10 years of experience selling B2B software. We already deployed our solution with 4 french startups.
