Finalist startups will have the opportunity to meet potential future investors through one-to-one meetings and engage with the entire deeptech ecosystem present for the event.
A must-attend matchmaking event for 50 selected deeptech startups looking to raise pre-seed, seed or Series A funding,
while raising their profile with European investors. 50 startups, from the Healthcare, Industry, Digital, Sustainable,
were selected from over 200 applications and coached for 1 month to deliver their best pitches to Business Angels, VCs, CVCs and Family Businesses.

Why Europe's Deeptech Meetup?
Launched in 2019 with over €5 billion in funding, the Deeptech Plan aims to nurture and support the development of tomorrow's economic leaders. Between 2020 and 2023, there was a decline in early-stage fundraising amounts below €4.4 million, shifting towards larger funding rounds. Through this Europe's Deeptech Meetup event, Bpifrance and Euroquity seek to support investments in Pre-seed, Seed, and Series A rounds for disruptive innovations.

The timeline
The 50 selected startups will be coached by EuroQuity, business angels and investors to prepare for the Europe's Deeptech Meetup event.
February 2nd to March 6th : Startup applications
From April 15th : Announcement of the 50 winning selections by a jury consisting of our partners, investors, and business angels
April 2024 : Coaching for selected project leaders by EuroQuity and Business Angels to prepare for the investor matchmaking during the event.
