RAGNI
Description
Jean-Christophe Ragni is the Export Director and Associate General Manager of Ragni, headquartered in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Alpes-Maritimes, France. Founded in 1927, Ragni is a family-owned company specializing in the design and manufacturing of public lighting equipment. Alongside his father, Marcel Ragni, the company's President, and his younger brother, Stéphane Ragni, who serves as Associate General Manager and Sales Director for France, Jean-Christophe Ragni leads the company's strategic policy and oversees its international development.
The RAGNI Group consists of several French brands, including Ragni, Novéa Énergies, an integrated company within the Group since 2015 and specializing in autonomous solar lighting, as well as SEVⓔ, a newly established entity in 2022, offering connected solutions for territories.
The early 2000s marked the beginning of international expansion. In 2012, RAGNI established its first subsidiary in Denver, Colorado, expanding its presence to the United States. Years later, driven by the strength of the Group and its expert entities, Africa became a natural choice for expansion. In 2022, two RAGNI-NOVÉA subsidiaries were established in West Africa: one in Dakar, Senegal, and the other in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Under Jean-Christophe Ragni's leadership, this pivotal step marks the beginning of a promising new era for the RAGNI Group, with a strong desire to forge solid links and partnerships with local stakeholders in each territory where they invest.
