Philippe Michon is an electronics engineer who graduated from the École Centrale d'Électronique in Paris. He served as the director of France Monitor, a medical equipment company, for 15 years. In 1990, he founded Less France, a company focused on the recycling of medical consumables and the production of secure medical transportation systems. In 2006, he established Alternative Plastics, specializing in plastics, where he gained 17 years of experience. Philippe Michon is recognized as a European expert in normative organizations such as BNPP, CEN, and ASTM, and has contributed to the development of domestic and industrial composting standards. He has received several innovation awards, including the Anti-Waste Bag Innovation Prize in 2018 and the Carrefour Prize in 2021 for his algae-based bags, which were also recognized as an innovation by Intermarché in 2022. Philippe Michon is a dynamic entrepreneur who has made a significant impact in the fields of engineering, recycling, and innovation.
