Description
Lita is a Policy Officer at the European Commission, DG DEFIS, in the Ukraine Defence Cooperation Unit. She has solid experience in EU security and defence across the European Commission and the European Defence Agency. Her background spans policy development and programme implementation, defence procurement and stakeholder coordination, with particular exposure to Ukraine’s defence ecosystem. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations, Security and Development from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
