Arthur Kenigsberg is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Iron Bridge, a strategic advisory and market access firm specialising in defence and dual-use technologies in Central and Eastern Europe, with offices in Paris, Brussels and Warsaw. He supports European defence companies and innovative start-ups in entering CEE markets and building relationships with armed forces, procurement agencies and industrial partners along NATO’s Eastern Flank. He is also Founder and President of Euro Créative, a think tank dedicated to strategic dialogue between France and Central and Eastern Europe, and the author of L’Europe de l’Est n’existe pas (Eyrolles, 2025), a book challenging Cold War-era perceptions of the region.
