Description
Paul Brun is Director of M&A and Public Affairs at Proengin, a French SME specializing in CBRN detection equipment for defense and civil security. He also chairs the Defense Industry Financing Commission (CFID) at the Institut National des Affaires Stratégiques (INAS), where he works on access to capital for the French defense industrial and technological base. Before joining Proengin, Paul built his career across law, M&A advisory and private equity at Hogan Lovells, Jeausserand Audouard, Lincoln International, Clearwater International, H.I.G. Capital and Tikehau Capital, where he focused on aerospace and defense. He is also an investor with Défense Angels. His work sits at the crossroads of industry, finance and public policy, with a focus on cross-border M&A and the financing of defense and dual-use companies.
