Description
Nicolas Groult has been Chief Executive Officer of KNDS France since January 2026.
With over 25 years of experience in demanding industrial and technological environments — including
automotive, aerospace, defence and railway — Nicolas Groult has held senior leadership positions
within major international groups, combining strong operational expertise with strategic leadership.
He began his career in the automotive sector, where he developed recognised expertise in
manufacturing, operational excellence and international management at Johnson Controls, Faurecia
and Autoliv.
He then spent ten years at Parker Meggitt, notably as Head of the Power & Sensing division, overseeing
activities involving mission-critical systems for the aerospace and defence sectors.
Prior to joining KNDS France, Nicolas Groult served as CEO of Pandrol from 2023 to 2025, a global
leader in railway infrastructure systems, where he led initiatives to significantly strengthen industrial
and operational performance.
An engineer by training and an MBA graduate from ESCP Business School, he now brings his experience
in critical industries and his performance-driven leadership to support the development of KNDS
France in a context of growing defence and industrial sovereignty challenges at European level.
