I am the Founder and President of Concord EMDX Consulting, an independent advisory firm, and the creator of Arcana Alta®, its executive education and leadership development brand.
Concord EMDX Consulting advises boards, CEOs and investors on strategy, innovation, investment and governance, with a focus on healthcare, climate and energy, deep tech and AI, private diplomacy. We help organisations combine sustainable performance, resilience and strategic sovereignty.
Through Arcana Alta®, I design tailored learning experiences for executives, board members and leadership teams. They connect strategy, finance, governance, technology and AI, organisational transformation and human dynamics. My aim is to help leaders strengthen essential capabilities, exercise sound judgement and move from complexity to clear decisions and action.
My work draws on a career spanning strategic consulting at BCG, senior leadership roles in the vaccines industry, and service on the global executive committee of a Fortune 500 vaccines business unit. I was also CEO of a Canadian medical technology company listed in the United States. My experience includes serving as a Venture Partner with Breakthrough Energy Ventures, supporting companies addressing the climate and energy transition.
I have served on the boards of listed and privately held organisations in developed markets and the Global South, as well as on nonprofit boards. I have also chaired Nomination, Governance and Compensation Committees.
Alongside my advisory work, I teach in executive education. I am an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School and contribute to executive education at Université Paris Dauphine–PSL and Mines Paris–PSL.
I am a medical doctor specialised in public health, hold an MSc in physical chemistry, with a focus on air pollution and environmental physics, and an MBA from HEC Paris.
