Organized by CNRS Innovation When discussing matters of European competitivity, it is imperative to root reflexions in European sovereignty, given the international geopolitical context dominated by the USA and China. In this context, the efforts undertaken by the French research ecosystem to bolster French competitivity must systematically align with the ambition to strengthen European sovereignty.
