Olivier Ménage, PharmD — Co-founder & CEO, Stimalia
Olivier Ménage is a MedTech leader focused on autonomic neuromodulation for trauma-related conditions. As co-founder & CEO of Stimalia, he is advancing an injectable, externally powered neurostimulator designed to deliver durable stellate-ganglion modulation for PTSD—targeting rapid clinical deployment in military and veterans’ health systems. He previously led Man & Science as CEO, securing €5.25M, building a 15-member R&D team, and steering clinical validation of a miniaturized neurostimulator platform. Earlier, he founded MONA.health and held senior roles at Abbott, Medtronic, Covidien, Boston Scientific, and Accuray across market access and pan-EMEA launches. Olivier holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Angers.
