Description
After 28 years as a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, I became a mediator and facilitator in this field. My mission is to help individuals and organizations engage in constructive dialogue and work together to develop creative solutions. Often, organizations wait until the conflict has become very entrenched and legal proceedings have already begun before considering mediation. It is even better to think about mediation earlier on, at the project design stage or as soon as the first tensions arise, whether between partners, between companies, or within a team.
