**A Holistic Vision of Eco-Responsible Digital Technology**
Lynn Reiner, a technology and communication expert with international perspectives, offers an innovative approach to digital sustainability that goes beyond conventional methods. Her journey, shaped by dual American and French experience, has enabled her to develop a unique understanding of responsible digital transformation challenges.
Initially trained as an amateur radio operator, she developed an early sensitivity to communication technologies. Her expertise was built through diverse missions: information analysis for government agencies in the United States, teaching for over a decade in France, and now leadership in eco-responsible innovation.
Since 2024, as founder of EcoFlex'IT Development and technical director of ICT engineering at the NGO eGreen for Users (eG4U), she actively works to define new paradigms for sustainable digital infrastructures. Her contribution to the ETSI Technical Committee ATTM-TM6 allows her to directly contribute to the development of European standards for eco-responsible digital transmission.
