Force Femmes
Description
Since 2005, Force Femmes has been providing free support to unemployed women over the age of 45. It guides them towards autonomy in the construction of their professional, salaried or entrepreneurial project, so that each of them becomes an active player in her own career path.
Thanks to the association's actions, nearly 2,000 women start or consolidate their projects every year, by taking part in group workshops or individual coaching. Delivered by a national network of 760 men and women volunteers recruited on the basis of their professional skills, each support package is worth 2,500 euros per beneficiary, financed in full by our institutional and private partners.
Force Femmes is present in 6 towns and cities, and since 2021 has also been developing digital support to open up more widely to all interested women in the territory. It is the only association to offer targeted support to women in professional transition.
