Delphine started her career as a consultant in corporate finance and restructuring at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris.
In 2009, she joined ARCOLE INDUSTRIES, a major player in turnaround investment on the French market, where she carried out investment processes from sourcing investment opportunities to closing deals.
She also intervened on an operational level as the CEO of some of the companies taken over, for which she carried out reorganization and development operations.
In particular, Delphine led the acquisition by ARCOLE INDUSTRIES of PHENIX Group and SOLICE Group, two groups of which she became CEO, and which were successfully turned around, and put back on a profitable growth track.
In 2022, Delphine co-founded Arcole, a management company that is raising a 100M€ fund dedicated to investment in small and mid-size companies facing difficulties or underperformance.
Delphine won the 2019 HEC “Prix Trajectoires”.
Delphine is General Secretary of AIR, the French association for turnaround investors.
Delphine Inesta is a former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure and graduated from HEC (Grande Ecole, Paris).
