With an expertise in assessing needs for Talent development in multicultural environments, Isabelle has built and developed strong and sustainable Leadership teams in Asia for her clients. Prior to co-founding Timeo-Performance in 2008 and Akteos Asia (intercultural management specialist) in 2014, Isabelle led projects as a Business and Change Management consultant within leading consulting firms. She has been working and living in Singapore since 2008.
