Holding a prestigious Master's Degree in International Management from the esteemed University Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne, along with E-MBA and MBA degrees specializing in technology, he is a distinguished IT engineer, renowned keynote speaker, ecosystem builder, and serial entrepreneur.
With a remarkable track record of founding half a dozen startups in the last decade, Mr. Zerrouki's passion for innovation knows no bounds. He is a driving force in shaping the entrepreneurial ecosystem, not only in Algeria but also across the broader region.
Mr. Zerrouki wears several influential hats, including his role as the Former Vice President of the Global Startup Committee at WBAF, where he serves as a Senator representing Algeria. Additionally, he has played a pivotal role as a Board member and former President of the Internet Access Committee at GAAN (Group of Algerian Actors for Digitalization) and serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at Mentor Gate in the Netherlands. His dedication extends to his role as the Vice President for the African Startup Investment committee at WLS.
