Caroline PAILLOUX
Ignition Program
Fondatrice
Description
Caroline Pailloux, founder and CEO of Ignition ProgramCaroline Pailloux created Ignition Program in 2013, after 8 years of organizational consulting at Capgemini. Imbued - in particular - with the controversial quest for happiness at work (see Shawn Achor) and the quest for Why (see Simon Sinek, Stefan Merckelbach), and the lessons of the liberated company of Frédéric Laloux, Caroline advocates within the Ignition Program - as with her clients - a revolution in work thanks to resolutely human management. After more than 10 years on the field, she has formed a conviction: the quest for impact and performance of candidates and companies are never as great, nor as fulfilling, as in a work experience based on freedom and trust, on the empowerment of employees and a culture of commitment. At a time when the word is being released on the aspiration for a work environment that is finally virtuous and respectful of employees, Caroline is participating more than ever in the change of society by proposing an overhaul recruitment and management rules, for a fairer and more engaged professional life. Also convinced by the fact that other development models exist for startups, Caroline Pailloux created the Bootstrap Club in 2021, which questions the use of systematic fundraising.
