Description

Souad Tenfiche brings over 18 years of industry experience in the international energy and innovation sector. In 2012, Souad started Cobalt BLR, a collaborative workspace, the first of its kind in South India. In 2015, Souad initiated a joint-venture of Cobalt and NUMA Paris, the 1st French Digital Startup Accelerator to create NUMA Bengaluru. After leading multiple startup accelerator programs, Souad is today the CEO of Link Innovations, a design-driven innovation company accelerating startups’ growth and implementing strong innovation programs rooted for industry-leading organisations. Souad is also a mentor for startups in many accelerator programs such as Techstars, Seedstars... and a public speaker in the Indian startup ecosystem. Her experience with both startups and corporate structures allowed her to develop real expertise in how to support corporates in their digital transformation. Souad is a Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur since July 2018 and the co-president of La French Tech India.
