With the "Volontariat International en Entreprise"(International corporate volunteering ) program, you can attract and retain promising talent, while accelerating your export development. Supervised by the French government, this HR scheme for international mobility enables companies to entrust a professional assignment abroad to a young graduate (aged 18 to 28), for a period of 6 to 24 months. Since its creation, nearly 9,000 companies have used this innovative HR program, sending 100,000 young talents to 121 countries.
