Today, one out of ten CEOs in the Tech world is a woman, they represent less than 20% of the sector's employees and are still too few in number at the training stage (about 11% of computer science school graduates, for example). This round table will take stock of the situation and will outline ways to encourage and support the creation of companies by women in all sectors of Tech. The speakers will share the keys to attracting women and then developing and sustaining their place in these same companies (training, recruitment, key positions).
