In order to define the new business models and address the changes that the sector is undergoing, this workshop will focus more specifically on two major issues: Firstly, an overview of the levers available to brands to fully enter the era of sustainable fashion. Design, production, distribution: what transformations for responsible fashion? Secondly, a focus on the acceleration of digital: social and live commerce, virtual fashion shows, use of video games, AR/VR devices, marketing personalisation... Faced with the multiplication of channels and customer paths, how do brands anticipate and integrate these major changes to best meet consumer expectations?
