In Africa, about 24% of African women of working age are involved in business creation. This makes the African continent a leader in women's empowerment through entrepreneurship. Women entrepreneurs, women of power, how did they achieve their careers in both the entrepreneurial ecosystem and the political sphere? How to break away from the concept of the "glass ceiling" in order to create a place of choice in a continent in perpetual motion? What are the challenges to overcome (personal, intercultural, training, financial ...), the opportunities to seize (networking cf Young Leaders Africa, mentoring ...) and what advice to give to women who decide to embark on new adventures?
