A new territorial anchorage for entrepreneurs?

Can the Covid-19 crisis be an opportunity for non-metropolitan territories? For some, the post-pandemic urban exodus marks a form of renewal of the attractiveness of territories. For others, this dynamic was initiated well before the pandemic. Several provisions of the recovery plan could enable entrepreneurs to become better rooted in their territories, just as the social and solidarity economy (SSE) could deepen the connections between the various local stakeholders and revitalize the territories.
